New Release: Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs – Trouble

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, the UK-based producer aka Orlando Higginbottom, has announced the US release of the single “Trouble” on October 18. Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard released the first TEED EP and tracks from Higginbottom last year on his Greco-Roman label.

“Trouble” finds Higginbottom providing vocals and telling a story with a genuine heartfelt quality. This is laid on top of his trademark sub-bass, electro bounciness and washed-out synths that are combined to create a stunning modern dance floor pop track. The video for “Trouble” takes place at a very weird party can be seen below within this post.

After releasing Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs’ previous three EP’s through Greco-Roman indie, TEED has now signed to Polydor Records and is currently putting the finishing touches to his highly anticipated debut album. This is definitely a release to watch out for in the coming year.
